Short Fuse as…Short-Fuze, the G.I. Joe mortar trooper and one of the original green 13 (OG 13) G.I. Joe characters/action figures from the 1982 line relaunch.
This was one of those instances where Hasbro re-used a name for a character in one franchise for another character in a completely different franchise. But it works out here as in both cases - Pony and Joe alike - the character is very short tempered.
