Original description below this line

Rating is mainly because I can’t think of where to put this, seeing as how it’s not super bloody or graphic… so… don’t know.
If someone knows, then please let me know.
This is Thunder Kick, a potential companion idea for the story I’m trying to brew up involving the ‘Fallout Equestria’ setting.
An abandoned or exiled former-Enclave pegasus. The cause of his now destroyed wings is still up in the air, either that’s the punishment to go along with his exile… or the cause of his exile. The only descriptor I can give for his injury is ‘Like someone tried to de-bone his wings’.
If it’s a punishment, it might’ve been meted out by the towering Enclave operative Furian Rage for some random failure on the job. If it’s the cause, he might’ve ran afoul of a Hellhound or Artificial Alicorn and was left behind by said fellow operative.
Needless to say, he’s not pleased being left behind, flightless, on the ground. Thunder Kick would maybe like to get back at those who left him behind or grievously wounded him, so would (possibly) be willing to tag along with the likes of Hardtack or Ivory Gust.
He’d be quite handy with weaponry and/or tech if he can be persuaded to join.
Hope it’s, at least, an interesting concept.
