If anyone else is feeling overwhelmed trying to sort these out, I started using digikam as an organizer. You can create and add tags just like on derpibooru. It’s free and also open source.
I think that’ll help me keep them neat and searchable more easily than trying to manually sort them into folders.

Awesome stuff in those image dumps.
Not sure if you’re interested, but apparently Pony Diffusion 6XL and lots of optional LoRAs or whatever can get you things that the other stuff locked you out of, like the bust size in this image. On Civitai I’ve seen plenty of images with Pony Diffusion base and the body types in your stuff, even now.
