I understand what you’re saying lol. These two are females though. Yes I know that’s not what a fraternal Twin just is lol. The fraternal pronoun changes the Noun Twin lol.

I believe they’re “fraternal twin sisters”.
Fraternal twins may not have the same sex or appearance. They share half their genomes, just like any other siblings.
While Identical twins, also known as monozygotic twins, are siblings who share the same DNA and are usually the same sex.
That is the basic layman’s terms without getting medically technical. If you want to know more look it up yourself.
