Panel 3: Meh, this calls for some stress eating to take the edge off first. That free sample from the Frosty Funland was really good, and nothing weird happened this time, so it’ll probably be safe to go back for a sundae or something.

No name for her. I’ll make one up! For some reason ‘Taffy Twirl’ came to mind. So unless the prompter gives her real name, I’m calling her Taffy Twirl. XD
