March Gustysnows as Frostbite in their v2 Tiger Force edition as driver of the Tiger Cat covert assault half-track (repainted G.I. Joe Snow Cat).

As to why she’s wearing that heavy clothing in the desert - well, like all Tiger Force figures, Tiger Force Frostbite was just a straight up repaint of the original figure, and his file card for this version specifically makes reference to operating in the Sahara.
