Description
Sea Swirl as Torpedo, the G.I. Joe Navy SEAL and underwater missions specialist, in their unproduced Tiger Force version.
Even though Tiger Force Torpedo was never released (and very little is known about the figure), I wanted to add it to this series because the figure does appear to have at least hit pre-production, and more importantly I wanted to do another image of Sea Swirl as a Joe.
