Hey no worries! The tag has been updated.

Grey and Gray are not standardized across the site. My personal preference is for Grey, but presently, Gray is used much more than Grey. Gray also appears to be what Derpibooru decided on.

Recommend fixing this using tag aliasing.

I think following Derpibooru tagging is the best policy, unless there’s an important reason not to do it in some special case.

I don’t mind which way it goes, I was just stating my personal preference. Either way, it should be addressed.
